Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- hereinafter referred to as mediator, placement agency AVA Escort or AVA Escort-
The subject of the following general terms and conditions is, on the one hand, the agency service of the escort agency AVA Escort (Ava Dating Systems Ltd., based in London, United Kingdom), hereinafter referred to as agent, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers - hereinafter referred to as escort lady. We refer to the respective service recipient as the customer.
This does not affect statutory provisions.
1. Contract with the agency AVA Escort
The agency AVA Escort arranges contracts between the customer and the escort lady with services in the context of an escort service. Further details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in her respective individual contractual agreements. The task of the mediator (agency AVA Escort) is to properly mediate the services requested by the customer.
The service to be provided as part of an accompanying service by the lady is not part of the contract. The design of the accompanying service is determined solely between the lady and the customer on their own responsibility.
Important note: The agency AVA Escort (AVA Dating Systems Ltd., based in London, England, United Kingdom) does not provide any immoral services or prostitution services. The agreement as well as the payment of the fee is exclusively for the limited company of the escort lady who offers pure accompanying services. Should women offer their customers other services, they act independently! We hereby expressly point out that the agent is not responsible for the actions of the individual women (disclaimer).
The escort ladies are not employees of the agent. A contract is always made directly with the customer and the escort lady. The escort ladies act and invoice in their own name and on their own account.
2. Duties of the agency AVA Escort
The offers of the agency AVA Escort are non-binding. The agent will endeavor to conclude a contract between the customer and the lady for the desired services.
3. Visual and textual representation of the services of the individual escort ladies by the agent
The descriptions and information on the set cards (profiles) of the escort ladies are based on information and templates provided by the respective escort lady. The agent assumes no liability for the content of this information and templates. The photos of the respective escort ladies are made available to us by them. If these photos violate the rights of third parties or the copyright, the agency AVA Escort is not liable. In the case of substantiated evidence, we will of course remove the relevant photos from our website as soon as possible. We assume no liability for the published photos or for the content on the set cards (profiles) of the escort ladies.
4. Authorization to receive money, payment of fees, advance payments
Since there is generally a contract between the customer and the escort lady, the respective agreed fee is to be paid in cash to the escort lady.
In cases where the customer makes a payment/transfer to a third-party account of the agent or pays by credit card, the agency AVA Escort has a power of attorney from the escort lady and is entitled to accept the money.
Cancellation of the booking by the escort lady:
Your AVA high-class escort agency will make every effort to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, if the escort lady you have booked is unable to keep your appointment for an important reason such as illness, death or accident, we will be happy to suggest an alternative lady. If you reject this, the mutual claims are extinguished. We will then initiate the immediate repayment of the deposit paid. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
The AVA High Class Escort Agency and the escort lady can withdraw from the meeting without notice if the date is permanently disturbed by the customer. In such a case, the AVA High Class Agency will not reimburse any costs and will retain the payment made.

Place of jurisdiction, as far as permitted, is London (England, United Kingdom)
II. General terms and conditions for women
1. Type and scope of the women's services
The nature and extent of the contractual services owed by the escort lady to the customer are determined on their own responsibility. Incidentally, the general terms and conditions apply.
2. Booking (conclusion of contract)
A contract between the lady and the customer only comes into being when the lady accepts the non-binding booking request from the customer.
3. Fee (fee)
The respective fee relates exclusively to the time and company of the escort ladies and not to any additional services. The remuneration (fee) is to be handed over to the respective escort lady unsolicited at the beginning of the date in an open envelope in cash.
4. jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, the place of residence of the respective escort lady.
